Because of water spots, only gave 4 star rating. Will use for Thanksgiving 4 baked tartlets. Will know more then about how well they work. Then if not up to par, I will come back to rerate them. If they work, then will let you know that, as well.

Update I wanted to like these, the down side for me is the color of the pan. I want my tart shell to bake more evenly all over and not to promote too much browning on the bottom, I need a lighter metal pan that will absorb less heat. It seems it's harder to find the lighter ones. It really makes a difference in pies tarts, cookies and cakes.
