I bought it to use on an induction stovetop, and after the simple assembly of the handle, I boiled 2 cups of water in just under 2 minutes. This was packaged well and came with extra acorn nuts for the handle should the others come loose and get lost. The glass lid came assembled and fit perfectly. The handle was comfortable to the hand and had a smooth surface that was just as polished as the pan. There is a 1 qt. level mark etched inside the pan.

I was looking to replace my alclad 3qt nonstick sauce pot but i didn't want to pay almost $70 for a pot that i would have to replace in 2 to 3 years again. So the best alternative to me was to try a hybrid pot. I have couple of hexaclad pans and i love them but they are very pricy. Ive been using this delarlo pot for about 2 weeks now and i am very happy with it. Dont expect it to be complete nonstick, but it is easier to clean than stainless and you get almost all the benefits of using nonstick pot and will last longerthan plain nonstick pot..
