My most difficult problem with dishcloths is grease. No matter how hot the water is or how much soap or vinegar I use, most dishcloths just hold onto grease and I end up throwing them away. These little cloths last me at least two months, even with weekly washings, before I feel like the grease has taken hold. I don't mind throwing them away, because they are so cheap. I've yet to have one fall apart on me. If it wasn't for the grease, one might last me half a year or more.
