Mailbox was delivered in two boxes; all parts were present and in perfect shape. Assembly was not difficult. This mailbox is sturdy and will last for many years. It has a larger capacity than the standard size which is much more convenient for me and the mail delivery person.

this is a first class excellent quality, distinctive mailbox well worth the money paid for it. I would give it five stars except I still have not received the street numbers, after several weeks, that are mailed separately. This delay has caused problems such as receiving my neighbors mail or not receiving, my mail. I think they should ship the box and numbers together to avoid these problems.
This a update to my comments above where i commented on the delay of receiving the street numbers. First I have changed my rating from four stars to five stars. I did not understand that the numbers were engraved on a beautiful plaque that attaches to the mailbox. I mistakenly thought they were just stick on numbers. This beautiful plaque obviously takes a few days to make and mail to the customer. Well worth the wait.
