This is perfect. Feels great and the entire boot is a cold pack, even with a little extra in the arch area. Slips right on and the velcro strap around the ankle keeps it on perfectly. I try to keep my foot up when using, but life just doesn't always work that way, and I'm able to easily walk around the house with it on. It stay cold for a long time. I've used it everyday since purchasing.

The "ice boot" arrived on time and exactly as described. It is super easy to slip on and to wrap the stretchy velcro strap around the ankle. I use that same strap to wrap around the folded boot to store as a neat little bundle. I wear a women's size 8.5 shoe, and the one sz fits all is a bit big, but it definitely fits well for chilling my foot. When I retire the ice boot, I'll save it for other family members' ankle or foot ailments. The one sz aspect will allow everyone to use it. The boot is ready to use after about 2 hrs. in the freezer. Easy to use, easy to store, and feels nice on my foot. Helps with the swelling.
Update: Yesterday, TSA airport security would not let the ice boot through in my carry on suitcase due to the gel. It is more than the 3.3 or so allowable. I said it was for medical application to reduce swelling in my healing broken foot, but no matter. Sooo sad they threw it away as I sat there in my wheel chair.

It's helped me a lot with my arthritic ankle. I would suggest where the split is at the top to have an overlap to cover the split. My arthritis is in top of joint and would like that area chilled and covered. Other than that it has been great.

The media could not be loaded. I like that it's easy to get on and off; there aren't a bunch of straps and you can open it pretty wide to get your foot in. I wear a size 7 or 8 women's and I bought an XL as suggested by another reviewer. There's quite a bit of room around it when on, but I can always wrap a resistance band around the loose area, which I find faster to get on and off than velcro. One complaint is that I seem to be the only person who noticed the punched hole in the storage bag and who cares to know why it exists. Comfpack hasn't answered my emails or Messenger messages or Facebook post messages. Quite annoying....I hope I never need their customer service for anything more important. Luckily I think I found the answer in someone's review in which they suggested a punched hole for adding a chain or sonething for carrying the gel pack on crutches. Dunno if that works without ripping but at least it gives me some closure on the mystery.
