Being a hobby TIG welder I would use a benchtop grinder and a drill to sharpen the tungsten welding tips. It was messy and just did an okay job. I would have loved a professional sharpener but they are hundreds of dollars. I came across this and realized I had a Dremel lying around not getting much use so I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. I paid about $60 for it and it works like a charm. It's very convenient and a bargain compared to other options. The quality is very good. I used it today and had some of the cleanest welds I have had in a long time.

This piece attaches easily to my dremel, and the angle fittings can be moved around, which is nice for different grinds.
Issues I had was that the assembly and replacement of the discs whole the unit is installed on the dremel is a PITA to loosen/tighten. Due to the fixed spots of the grind fittings, you will wear through the cutting discs fairly quickly in the concentrated grinding area of the disc.

Not a bad little sharpener. The body is well machined and solid aluminum.. the instructions it comes with are horrible. Talks about installing o-rings and dust shield. Non of which come with or are part of this unit. Might have been for an older or newer design 🤔
But functions well. I sharpened 20 - 3/32 with no issue and quite fast. The diamond blades are on the cheaper side but do the trick. Nice part is if you do it over a bucket there is no shavings all over.

Seems a little expensive for such a little thing, but well worth it.
I used to use a diamond disk mounted on the side of a grinder wheel. This is so much better in terms of speed and accuracy of the point. The cutoff to take care of removing contamination is also better than the way I used to just grind it off on a wheel.
I bought a remanufactured battery powered dremel to mount it on permanently and the setup works very well. There are a lot of dremel clones that would have been cheaper , but they don't have the threaded head.
