The media could not be loaded. This is a very straight forward drawing tablet and just a very easy device to set up, especially if you're not so big into electronics!

The set up is easy to just plug and play all it takes is one easy USB to plug in and windows (we use windows)does the rest of the work, but this one works for Mac also. There's over 8000 points of pressure sensitivity to really bring out the artist in there!

The battery doesn't require any charging in the pen, because there isn't a battery and the pen knows to work without the tablet with no additional set up. It comes with a number of additional tips and has five programmable buttons on the screen, letting you map the shortcuts you need to maximize your potential. My granddaughters have it set up and they love it. They used it a lot to draw and I save paper. Great item for adults and kids as well. Highly recommended.

It was with a heavy heart that I recently laid to rest the Wacom tablet that's served me faithfully since I got it as a gift more than ten years ago. As much as I wanted to replace it with another Wacom, they're way beyond my hobbyist price range, so I decided to just bite the bullet and try one of the more affordable competitors - clearly I chose Acepen, and I'm glad I did!

What has impressed me most is the tablet's size. It's comparable to a sheet of paper, which makes it so much easier for me to draw naturally. Even after years using my previous tablet (which was considerably smaller), there was always a learning curve when I switched between physical and digital sketching. This tablet is roomy enough that I don't have to change my natural hand movements to fit its dimensions.

Installation was another bonus. The Acepen website was easy to navigate, and I had the correct driver downloaded and installed within minutes. It's good to go right from there, but if you take a minute to program the hotkeys on the tablet itself you can customize them for easy access while drawing.

A number of accessories are included, like replacement stylus nibs, different USB connectors, and a half-glove ostensibly to keep your hand from triggering the tablet surface as you work. I haven't needed it yet, but it'll be useful to have available if and when I do! The cord is fabric-wrapped to keep it from getting tangled, which is much appreciated.

There are some drawbacks to this tablet, of course, the biggest being the responsiveness of the stylus. Because it isn't battery-powered or rechargeable, it's nowhere near as full-featured as, say, an Apple pen. Tablets at this level just don't offer the pressure sensitivity of the higher-priced options. However, that's just par for the budget-conscious course, so I don't consider it a drawback to the product itself.

Overall, this is a big, easy-to-use, functional tablet at an excellent price, perfect for beginners, students, and casual artists. Honestly, you can't go wrong!

It can easily connected to my computer. And after downloading the software, the use becomes easy and smooth. The weight is very light so I can take it to the class to take notes. cost-effective:) I would recommend it to others.
