This thing has really good sound quality. The bass boost button actually boost the bass without altering the quality of the sound output. Most bass boost buttons are just preset eqs that really change the sound quality but not this one. The interface is really intuitive I was able to connect my iPad without even reading instruction manual. The microphone input works really well I'm using a pair of wireless microphones and having the dedicated microphone input dial really allows you to dial in the perfect sound mix.

Using this thing with a connected iPad and using YouTube for the karaoke videos is a super easy way to do karaoke with family and friends. The setup takes a grand total of 30 seconds so it really encourages spontaneity.

In terms of using this thing just as a Bluetooth speaker, it really shines there. The base is clear and it really plays the low frequencies very well. It can get quite loud if you want it to. The unit is also very light. I can pick it up with one hand easily. If I had to guess I would say it weighs no more than 12 lb. All in all, I would really recommend this thing for karaoke but also just as a speaker.

Having wheels on this product, is an added bonus. No need to carry it around as I did the last one. The last one lasted for about 2.5 years. I think it should last longer considering the price. This one is far more light weight than the other. I'm hoping that doesn't mean less quality parts.

It is loud. I connect the music from my phone. Turn up your phone. Turn up the volume on the Rocker and it will hurt your ears.

I got this instead of hiring a DJ for my 30th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. Connected seamlessly to Bluetooth, loud enough to fill a large banquet room, and great sound quality. I would recommend this for anyone who's looking to save some money for event entertainment. Literally DJ quality sound!

I wanted/needed a speaker that was water proof for outside to have near swimming pool, hot tub, or under gazebo or covered pergola if any of us were sitting under if raining. I wanted it to have blue tooth for playing any songs from our phone or our blue tooth projector for out door movies(haven't tried pairing with projector yet) . I also wanted an fm radio for days I don't feel like listening to my play list and listen to the radio . this has all of what I was looking for and tried out when it showed up. the speaker was double boxed, had a bunch of styrofoam as protection and arrived with no damage. I plugged it in and the speaker was already fully charged, so I turned it on and hit the radio button. I only got 3 stations, but thats very normal for any radio I use . no buttons or doo dads to adjust treble /bass ect which I am more than ok with. you know ...what might sound good to me/you/someone else ....might sound like garbage to another. your not going to get the vibrations or the (for example) ... someone driving by with vehicle booming sound . its a good ole fashion over sized speaker like a boom box that doesn't have any adjustments to what your hearing other than the volume. the microphone... who cares, neither me ,my family, friends do karoke and thats not what I bought it for... didn't even bother taking it out of the bag and wish it was an option to leave out to save a few bucks. so can't give you a review of something that would never be used and not what I bought it for. I haven't tried the water restistence because its still winter here, I tried the light buttons and its cute, but since we don't party it probably won't be used much. the blue tooth option connected right up and stayed connected, but I really didn't walk away from it since I was just sitting on floor playing with my new toy. one thing that happened and made me think something was wrong, I had radio on and then connected to my phone to try the blue tooth and the song played but was extremely static.....then I had realized my phone was playing and I had forgotten to hit the radio button to turn it off. once I hit the radio button and turned that part off.....wala ! Phil Collins " in the air tonight" sounded clear and great ! I can't review battery life since I just got it , but I had volume up maybe halfway and my teen daughter upstairs yelled down to turn it down because she was doing home work and couldn't think hahahahaha. its not the best you could buy , but I wasn't looking for the best more like looking for specific things that would be specific to what I wanted and not the extra stuff that would just be a feature paid for but never used. nice touch to being able to plug phone in to charge, that will come in handy when out in the pool . I also like having wheels and a handle to roll it where I want. I don't like and didn't know until I got it, that this speaker cannot connect with another speaker with blue tooth if I ever bought another one and can only connect by a certain wire. I deducted a star for that reason . Editing : I'm glad we had this . High wind storm came through knocking trees onto power lines , streets roads and houses. Our house was fine but lost electric for a few hours. This thing was able to keep our phones charged and we were also able to listen to the radio giving info about everything around us . I couldn't have ordered and gotten this at a better time. Got it and almost a week after receiving it a damaging wind storm hits.editing 8/15/23 we have used it over the summer and the sound is good, no problems losing the blue tooth or radio. it does still only give me 3 sometimes 4 stations but thats ok,we used it this past saturday at a state park in a big shelter for my daughters grad party. it was nice to have and later it did what I was hoping. we had a thunderstorm with blowing rain and the speaker got wet and it continued to play .

I bought this speaker to use at work. I work in a factory and the volume is great, I can hear my music over the machines. I let my coworkers borrow it and they all love it too and want to order one for themselves. My wife used it once and we already ordered one for her to use at work (we work at the same place). Great sound, Bluetooth is easy to connect, the extendable handle makes it easy to move around. Worth the price
