The player quit working a few months after I got it

The DVD player works pretty good. Have had an issue with a couple dvds not playing when the player is turned upright. However, this included car mount holder it comes with is not safe. The edges are too thin to hold the large DVD player. We've had it fall out a couple times. Major safety hazard when being used in a car. I'm afraid if we got in an accident that it would projectile out quite easily. Since this was our primary purpose for the player, I can't give it a good rating.
The company wanted to right the situation with the product after my review. The second dvd works fine, so I'm upping my review. The new case is holding up for now. However, I feel it will stretch out just like the last one and become unsafe. I have since found a safer case to fit the player and will replace it if the new one gives out.
