I have enjoyed this bench so far. It's easy to assemble. It has many different positions which are all easy to set up with just a quick arm change. It's comfortable for working out. The elastic bands are an added bonus and have many uses. I would recommend this product especially for the money

like the bench and it is easy to use and I bought it for core exercises, but the thing that impressed me most were the assembly instructions. Each page walked you thru a part of the set up and all the small hardware was in small pages and numbered to match the steps. It was the easiest set up I have ever done. The only thing I can think of to make this better would be if you could fold it up for storage. I also bought the adjustable weight bench. It came almost fully assembled, and it does fold up.

I like this bench chair for some weekly home exercise. It is easy to fold and assemble, very stable and just the right size to fit my living room.
However I think $100 is overpriced. It's on a 20off promotion now which I hope could have come earlier at the time a purchase.
