Okay, I'm 36 and I notice after tying my tubes that my period were a lot different. I didn't experience the same symptoms as with irregular and on birth control. Now I'm all natural and what first brought me was the acne, sometimes I'm cool and then all the jawline with cystic, itchy and just overall suck. IFYKYK. The blemishes to get rid of and all of that. I was looking for quick relief. The second I was concerned and most of my irregular gals abs older gals is knowing how irritated we get and it's from the drop of progesterone and estrogen. Any escalated stress in our lives and boy, my lower face exploded with tons of small and large acne. I do notice when I eat a few salads like Greek salad with the chickpeas/or any salad, my acne is barely noticeably. I also don't do topical creams as anything going on inside should be handled from the inside like diet and stress. Upon taking these gummies, I love the fact that it's not a huge tarty/sugary taste and it's shaped like hearts. This will sell with the girly girls. Secondly, while it is gluten, dairy, peanut, etc free, I notice a subtle rash on my top arm near the wrists with some itching, but could be a coincidence? (I know some are just sensitive to any medicine like me). But the pros outweigh the cons for me. I notice how chilled I was with my kids after taking this. I have twins with speech delay and that gets to be tired some. This may be TMI and I regular mastur**** and I notice while doing that, I felt more pleasure in the brain if that makes sense and I've never been high so it felt like I was high. Euphoria/bliss. I know this product does have Ashwagandha. :).. hope this helps other women, but after taking these, overnight to shrunk all my acne and I do use vitamin E oil 15,000 to help with not scarring, blemishes and worked.

I'm here to bring the T.M.I (Too much information) . I am reading comments and everyone elses symptoms. Everyone else's symptoms seem tame compared what I was used to dealing with for YEARS. I WISH all I dealt with was acne. That is the least of my worries. My acne is minimal so that was not a motivator for me to take these. I have other stuff to deal with. I overshare for that other woman out there like me that has tried eveything and has been told "it what it is" and "everyone is different and that's just your body".. or maybe you think your symptoms are too bad for anything to work. This was life before taking these gummies:
--severe bloating. to the point where my stomach would feel tender.
-- gas. the week before and during. to the point where it was painful to pass gas.
--lower back pain the entire week before and during.
-- strong shooting pains in my thigh the entire week before. like my thigh was being cut into. to the point where I use to sit with a heating pad and massager gun on it at the same time. on my thigh. and I would do that before work. at lunch. and after work and before sleep.
--oh and work? forget it. two days minimum a month I have to stay home and work. thankfully i have a job i can do from home. at the start of my cycle, I struggle to get out bed. crippling pain. crawling on the floor bad.
-- the cramps. yes cramps. leaves me curled in a ball for hours at time.
--extremely irritable. fatigued, nauseous, anxious, and depressed. depressed is putting it nicely. things would get really dark a few days before my cycle started. really dark. unalive thoughts....
--and you guessed it, flow? extremely heavy from beginning to end. For 7 days. yes. a whole damn week of shark! I have to wear ultra highest level absorbency the entire time. and change every 2-3 hours to avoid leaks. soaking through an ultra tampon and 2 pads in less than 3 hours. this is no joke.
-- gotta add in the occasional throwing up. projectile style.
-- and diarreha!!
-- well over 2 weeks of every month like this!

5 days after starting to take these gummies?
only 5 days later when my cycle started.... EVERY SINGLE THING I JUST WROTE STOPPED. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I CANNOT BELIEVE IT AMAZING THIS HAS BEEN AMAZING.

I have a normal flow again. no more ultras, 2 pads, soaked towels when waking up. my cramps are so light now I dont even need to take a pain reliever. I used to take 10-14 a day during my cycle just stay curled in a ball. I have my life back. All the occasions where I cancelled plans. Skipped events. Turned down opportunities soley because I was on my period and refused to potentially embarrass myself in front of others. I lost years of my 30s because of this. Time I wont ever get back.

please try these gummies. I dont take any other medication, vitamins, etc. so this is the only change I have made so I know this made the difference. I will scream to the rooftop about this stuff. please give it a chance. I take these daily and cannot imagine life without them. dont give up. even if it doesn't work for you, take this as proof that something out there will.

Update- Sept 2023
currently in my 3rd month of taking these gummies and still going great!!! I take two gummies every day in the morning. for the first time in years, my cycle started on the same day as the month before. in other words... I HAVE A REGULAR CYCLE again!!!! 😀😀 before taking these gummies, my cycle had a mind of it's own. irregular is putting it lightly. i now have a cycle that starts on the same day each month!!! Manageable cramping. no more laying in bed curled in a ball. I am able to do my daily activities with just one or two midols/tylenols every few hours.

emotional state / mood stays consistent throughout the month. dare I say.... I don't experience the typical pms symptoms anymore.

These Hormonal Balance Gummies have been such a treat to try out. They have a much smoother texture than most gummies I've had before. They taste really yummy and sure make those 3g added sugar count.

I've recently switched birth control and my hormones are all over the place. It's hard to tell how much these are helping vs my body is adjusting, but I have definitely noticed some improvements. I also haven't had my regular period zit show up, so fingers crossed those stay away!!

I love these! It's hard for me to find good gummies that help me out and have no pork in them, so these are perfect! I noticed that my cramps are reduced and my emotions are easier to control when I'm in my cycle as well.

I've only had this for a day so I can't attest to its effectiveness as a supplement.

However, the taste was NOT what I was expecting. For those who care about the taste, here is my best description of this gummy.

Smell: Very sweet and tart with a medicinal twinge, similar to that of a cherry cough drop, but more tart.

Taste: It does not taste like it smells. It is sweet and tart like a gummy should be, yes, but it has an almost grassy, medicinal, bitter smell-taste to it. Like the taste itself is amazing and fruity like expected if you close your nose, but the smell-taste does not match and is a bit strange. It's the kind of smell that may give some people a headache if they smelled it too long. It's almost a rubbery medicinal smell, or like burnt rubber mixed with grass. To be honest I could see how some people may acquire the taste for this as it isn't HORRIBLE, but it's not great either especially combined with how the gummies themselves smell and the flavor. That is the predominant smell-flavor and the predominant aftertaste. I personally am not a fan; I may continue to buy these if they do my body good, but not because I like the taste.

Texture: Not quite as tough as a gummy bear, not quite as soft as those fruit snack gummies you give to kids. I love the texture actually, just the right amount of bite and chew without getting stuck to my teeth. Overall a very soft gummy.
