These are an incredible invention, I work on my car a lot so I'm constantly unhooking the negative terminal and this has made life so easy now. The build quality is good but the thickness of the metal is not the greatest, I've had no issues with power handling or conductivity but I can see if you were to tighten these way to much they will break like others have complained about in reviews, so just snug them down enough that they don't wiggle and I think they'll last forever.
I bought these for my lawn mower due to the HIGH cost of new batteries!

Today's batteries have gotten STUPID in price. A lawn mower battery for $200 dollars is damn crazy! But it's the truth so to fight back, I bought these so I could easily disconnect the terminals when the mower is not in use cutting down the acid build up and the constant battery drain. So far these have been very easy to use and clamp quite well and don't disconnect while cutting the grass. It's a shame that we as consumers have to stoop to these levels just to financially squeak by. I'm so sick of everything costing 3 times what it did 3 1/2 years ago!

If you know, you know, car terminals are the worst thing the most expensive, and when I found these universal car terminals for your battery, I completely fell in love even me as a female with long nails I was able to install them I do know a little bit about cars, but this is an easy install hands-down please get this for your car if your car terminals are loose, coming apart or corroded, because these have been the best thing I'm so happy I found them
