The beverage cooler ran solid for 4 months and then all of a sudden wouldn't turn on again. I emailed the company and Lily figured out that the power supply board probably died. So she sent me a video and a new power supply board with instructions on how to change it. Took 20 min and the beverage cooler works great again. Amazing customer service would buy again!
