The media could not be loaded. As excited as I was to have a hot pink pole in my house, I've found that the paint hinders the use of the pole. It's too oily to stick the moves and you slide down the pole more than you should. It's great for the aesthetic though.

The media could not be loaded. I decided to start dancing in August 2021. I wanted to make sure I knew basic tricks for when I made my debut. I had bought a pole from Spencers but it was to thick, slippery(even with pole grip) and spind ay out of control. I decided to get another pole and came across this one. It was a little more expensive than the other ones I had seen ($140) but I like the color and decided to give it a try. I was totally in love with the color right off the bat but once I put it up I immediately knew it would be better than the other one. It is super sturdy, even my fiancé spins around in it(he's 220lbs). The thickness is just right for beginners and it works great with pole grips if you are like me and have sweaty palms. The only thing I would say is to watch out for the hight because if your sealing is higher than 9 feet the cover plate for the pole will not cover all the way up to the ceiling(which I didn't have a problem with) but besides that its a 5 star for me.
