This isn't the best stain I have used to date as far as application goes, but it looks very nice when it's done. It's a five star stain, just be warned that a little doesn't necessarily go a long way.
However, it was easy to apply it vey evenly and very smoothly. One coat was enough. A second coat doesn't really even make a difference.
The three colors are very similar, but that is what I was looking for. These are for staining wood model kits, and sometimes, a subtle change in stain color can make all the difference in the world. More importantly, though, I want it to still look like wood.
I like that they come in such small bottles, as they will last me a long time. I didn't really need the foam brushes, though.

I love to do crafts so I decided to buy some unfinished boxes, paint and stain from Amazon and have some fun with my grandkids. The instructions were easy to follow and the finished product looked great. Even my granddaughters turned out great. I used two different color stains on my box and it looked kool.
