This is a high-quality reformer for home use. I had to get one that folded up because of space constraints. This is perfect. It collapses, I lift it up and then roll it right into my storage room when I'm done. The springs are just like the ones on a studio machine. The glide on the rails is smooth. Price is reasonable and will pay for itself quickly given what I used to spend on studio classes.

Assembly was very easy. Needed two people to carry it inside (they only delivery to the driveway/curb) but assembly I easily did myself with their helpful video. Customer service is great (I purchased directly from Balanced Body but this seemed the only place to leave a review).

I also purchased the jump board, which is great quality too and the sitting box lite. The sitting box is super cheap quality (some kind of dense styrofoam), but functional enough.

The product arrived on time and in good condition. The machine was packed securely and all parts were included. The set-up was easy and straight forward. This is a very study, quality product. Moving parts (pullies, wheels, gliding parts) are very smooth. Customer service was fantastic. Once I placed the order, customer service contacted me several times to let me know when the product would be sent out, and notified me that the shipper would be in contact for the drop off. Very happy with this product and with their exceptional service.

Wow! I'm so impressed and thrilled to have this machine! Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail and the fact that it folds smaller is the reason why I can fit this in my apartment. I can pretty much do everything that I can do at the pilates studio in the comfort of my living room! It fits under my daybed/couch or in my coat closet. If you store it under something you'll have to remove the foot bar, shoulder rests and rope poles but it only takes a couple minutes to reinstall. It is fairly heavy to move but it has wheels. You just have to be able to pull it up. Another tip, I wrapped rubber bands around the ropes to mark my spot and measured them to make sure they're even. I'm loving having this at home. Every morning it's a disco cat pilates party over here! I'm thrilled and highly recommend!

I like the reformer. It's telescoping capability means you can stow it away. It has wheels.

Overall the delivery and install process was pretty good. It comes 85% assembled, you have a few more steps to do, that there is a video for.

The video kind of sucks b/c it is taken from one angle far away, they don't have any close up shots edited in. Anyway, a rep from Balanced Body will answer your questions, help you get clarification and send you any missing items.

I had a few hiccups with some missing or ill fitting items which got resolved. They forgot to send me a foot strap. I needed a new handle with better screws (stripping, one hole was loose, one was too tight), etc.

The most annoying thing is the cotton foot or hand strap. Balanced Body considers it all in one. But the length is too long. You need to order the foot/hand combo strap separately in addition to the total purchase. The rep at BB told me to get the padded which I did. Now I am all set.

But I had to order this hand/foot strap directly from BB as it is not avail thru Amazon. It should have just come with the order. But oh when some corp genius had to go cheap and provide or include only a cheap cotton one sized strap. But BB did grant me a tiny discount. So it made my wallet hurt a little less.

I am happy with the machine and glad to have it in my home office. It makes working out much easier.

The reformer itself is 5 stars. Well built.
