Does what it's intended to do. Does remove quite a bit of apple with the peel, but nothing really can be done about that. Adjusting the peeler out just means part of the apple doesn't get peeled . Not a big deal really. Cores, slices and peels apple all at the same time . Price is reasonable . Seems sturdy enough.
