These were the perfect size for my chocolate baskets. I just covered the outside with aluminum foil and chilled them. Then I drizzled melted chocolate on them and chilled till chocolate was set and hard. I slipped the foil off the dome and then gently peeled the foil off. Perfect! Our dinner guests are still talking about my fancy dessert.

No instructions included but Wilton.com has printable instructions for this cake. I had this same pan several years ago with instructions. This new one seems lighter weight and will bend or dent easily as though it is a knock off of the original one from Wilton. Same shape and size, but not as sturdy. It does make a great 3D train cake. Grease it well!!
