I don't use this as a drink but I can tell you that these make light and fluffy scrambled eggs. And when cooked, they taste like regular egg white. That was a plus vs not tasting like anything which is more or less how it is when you drink them. I cook some ground beef, turkey or bison, then add about 16-18 ozs, which makes a great meal. For me it's 2-3 heaping meals. I've been eating mostly that for the purpose of cutting carbs. I've lost 15 lbs in 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend this product.

I specifically did a search for egg white powder and this popped up as a result. Shame on me for assuming that Amazon understood my request and not reading the specifics of this product. Not Egg Whites International's fault, but mine and Amazon's fault. Either way, this will be useful since my recipe calls for 32 oz. of eggs whites (liquid) and now I don't have to worry about having 35 leftover egg yolks. It needs to be refrigerated, and was still very cold when it was delivered. I'll give it 5 stars because it'll save me the hassle of cracking all those eggs! Winning!
