I don't use this as a drink but I can tell you that these make light and fluffy scrambled eggs. And when cooked, they taste like regular egg white. That was a plus vs not tasting like anything which is more or less how it is when you drink them. I cook some ground beef, turkey or bison, then add about 16-18 ozs, which makes a great meal. For me it's 2-3 heaping meals. I've been eating mostly that for the purpose of cutting carbs. I've lost 15 lbs in 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend this product.

Have started on this to build muscle. Just making sure I have enough. It's great as I can't eat yolks, (cholesterol). I love these! I can put the egg whites in my coffee or make a protein shake with them. I can also make omelettes and other dishes. They are pasteurized so you don't get sick when you eat them raw. I've been ordering these for years now.
