I really like this vest. The Velcro is snug and adjustable, with plackets on the front and back for soft (loop) Velcro patches. It has stayed in place during hard CrossFit workouts and is still comfortable after 4-5 mile walks. I also purchased 2x of the Yes4All 9.75# curved plates, which fit nicely into this carrier. Overall, I would recommend this as a fitness vest.

If you're looking to get into rucking or other weighted activities this is the vest. It's MUCH cheaper than other options out there but it serves the same purpose. I've used it on runs and even used it for pushups, squats, etc. It holds my plates I bought for it perfectly. The only thing that could maybe be improved is the shoulder straps. They don't have any padding but it honestly doesn't bother me even with 25lbs of added weight in the vest. Awesome deal for the money.
