I was very impressed with this little 6'' cordless saw, and it was much more powerful than I expected. I've used it on 3 and 4-inch branches, 2-inch-thick boards, and also to cut up an old armchair made of various sized hardwood pieces. None were a match for this saw. It is easy to use and fits into thick bushes to target specific branches without damaging others. I'm 63 and have strong hands, but the vibration did tire my hands-I could easily use either my left or right hand without issue, by the way. By adjusting how tightly I held it as I became more familiar and comfortable with the saw, I was able to manage the vibration effect better. The gloves also helped, but just something to note especially for folks who have any difficulty with their grips. That's why 4 stars instead of 5. I can't truly speak to battery life as I didn't run the battery down during the 30-45 minutes at a time I used it, and I put it on the charger when I was finished. The saw came with two batteries, a charger, 4 chains, gloves, a screwdriver, sturdy case, and good easily understood directions plus a free extended one-year warranty. This model didn't come with oil, so be aware of that. I'd highly recommend it, though. Great powerful versatile saw overall!

The little saw is great for little trees and Shrubs and things a lopper may be hard to use on. An older person may not have the strength or power to be able to chop with loppers anymore. So that's one reason I bought this for myself. I was a bit disappointed the first day I used it when a bolt fell off, but I luckily had a replacement in my garage to fix it. But it does come with EVERYTHING. Gloves, safety glasses, chain oil, 2 batteries, charger, 4 X chains and 2 sizes of "blades" to put them on. There's a mini screwdriver and a booklet...pretty much anything you need to work on the chain saw. The only gripe I have is? For me, as an older person I have struggled to get the chains on . And to get them just tight enough (not too tight, not too loose). And you HAVE to get the chains on in the right direction or IT WILL NOT CUT!. I learned the hard way on that one. I struggled to get the chain on, oiled it, and then took it outdoors to cut and it wouldn't cut! I had the chain on backward. But it does have great power for such a little saw. But you do have to keep it cleaned and oiled. And for small jobs like cutting shrubbery? IT works great. I cut two or three branches off some shrubbery with ease. This isn't to cut huge trees down y'all. LOL. Don't be trying to be a lumberjack now . Oh and because I liked this one? My mama got one too. (and she's lots older than me).
