I recently completed my DIY shower enclosure. A large glass section needed more support to keep from wobbling. As this was my first attempt at this sort of a project I decided to wait until the basic install was complete to better understand my needs. Yes, ultimately the large glass section needed support. I shopped around but found this support bar for about a third of the price as one from a major brand. I have to say the installation went smoothly and the shower bar looks wonderful. I would highly recommend this product as it looks great and seems to be of high quality.

We were able to easily install the door on our existing shower/tub insert. This should really be done by two people but you can do it with one person if you have to. One tip: if your tub is curved on the corners like ours, you should lift the door up a smidge before securing it for a more flush fit. We bought some of the plastic strip/door seal to keep the water out of the sides.

Had to order it and pay extra to give the extremely heavy wall some support. I love the shower it's beautiful just not sure about the company
Wrong instructions corner shower ? Mine is straight . The weather stripping is not in it had to call wait to arrive. Reschedule my installer. But I would not order this with out the support bar.
