Super cute and easy to set up and use. Be careful, its easy to accidentally cut the bamboo

So, I love this thing lets start off with that but it does have some problems that make it annoying to use from time to time. It's very easy to clean, just clean it the way you would a cutting board, hot water, soap and a sponge and let it dry before use. It folds up very easily which is great for smaller kitchens or if you don't want it out all the time.
As for the sturdiness, it's not bad but after a month of having it and around 20 loves of bread it does show signs of being cut up in the grooves and across. Could just be that I'm applying too much pressure or cutting longer than I should but it's worth noting.
The adjustable cutting area is a great idea but with the bread machine that I use my loaves are too big for the medium loaf size and too small for the large loaf size so it just slides back and forth while I'm trying to cut my bread, not a big deal, just annoying.
The backing piece of the cutter is very nice, I just wish there was some sort of a presser or holder for the other side. I have the problem of I put my loaf in, try to hold it in place while cutting and also trying to keep the slicer from shifting or sliding and I sometimes end up with wonky mis-cut bread that is the real problem for me. I hate trying to cut bread and them oops, it started sliding and now I have a cut that's normal to massive halfway through or normal to paper thin. It can be fixed by having someone press it against the backer but it sucks that I need help to cut bread because of that.
All in all it's not a bad product and everything can be fixed or ignored but I just wish that some things were different.

It's very easy to use, easy to put together and easy to take apart. The crumb tray is very nice. I also like how when you fold it to store it, all the pieces fit in the crumb tray. Excellent design.

The unit is well-made. However, it has two minor issues. The first is that the slots for the knife are too wide, which allows the knife to move around within the slot, causing the slices to be of varying widths. This is easily avoidable by always keeping the knife in contact with an edge of the slot, but it could have also been prevented if the slots were narrower. The second problem is that there are only two slice widths - one that is too thin, and one that is too thick. This problem is avoidable by alternating the location of the knife in each slot - one cut on the left side, the next on the right, which will result in a medium width slice. Simple - but should be unnecessary.

This is more tricky to use than it looks.
I do like the ability to fold it if I choose to, it's a great feature. I like the knife holder built in, but I didn't like the knife. It's serrated only on one side of the cutting edge, so it will always cut crooked. (Serrated on both edges gives a better straight cut)

I had concerns about my knife repeatedly cutting the bamboo base, so I cut plastic cutting boards to fit inside the bottom of the slicer to protect the bamboo.

Having the three slicing thicknesses in a row means I'm constantly having to move my loaf around to stay in the same zone. But I guess it's better than having 3 separate slicers.

Worst parts:
1. The upright slots to slice between are freaking short!! Bread Machine loaves are TALL. It's really hard to gauge where to aim and stay between the lines. I hate hitting the bamboo with my knife. Maybe I'm challenged, but I struggle with the cutting in the right place. Taller slots would be great. I'd trade the folding option for taller rails.
2. There is no side-to-side adjustment available. I think at this price point it's not available anywhere. Maybe I'm the only one that has trouble with the bread sliding side to side when cutting. Hubby cut me tall and narrow wooden boards so I can shim my loaf in a little tighter. Cuts better for me.

So the tall and narrow boards have fixed the above issues with my bread slicer. To align with the slots and keep the loaf stable. ALSO I recommend an electric knife.
