I purchased this bag to replace a smaller teardrop shaped bag I've used for years. My requirements were that it needed a good water bottle pocket - check! The bag had to have a large enough pocket for my 12.9" iPad Pro w/ Keyboard - check! It needed to be waterproof - check! Needed several pockets with zippers - check!

The only real downsides to this bag are maybe a bit nit-picky.

I find that the strap - made of seatbelt-like material - is just fine. You can connect so it's left or right shouldered, and it is fairly easy to make it longer or shorter, but the underside of it is very"¦.slippery. If I am in a warmer climate sometimes I wear Dry Tek or wicking fabrics and the strap just slides right off of it. I have to wear it over my head and shoulder to prevent this which can be hotter.

The loops for the strap and the body have too many plastic parts. They will eventually snap and break. I mean, ok - this bag was very inexpensive! And the reality is that I am likely to remove them and replace them with metal keychain rings or something like that.

Finally, most of the zippers aren't easily managed with one hand. It's a combination of the quality of the zippered and the angles of the pockets / shape of the pockets. You can almost never unzip a pocket, get something out and zip it shut with one hand. This leads to usually having to take the bag off, get your stuff and then putting the bag back on your back.

Overall, though - this bag is great. The "challenges" I outlined above need to be weighed with the spacious bag, good quality overall and that it's so inexpensive. Honestly, I'd buy this bag again if something about it failed.

I've bought some bags before but they inevitably turned out to be too small. I love this bag because it's big enough to carry all my everyday stuff, and do so comfortably. It seems to be well made and it has enough pockets to handle my OCD tendencies about keeping things separate. If you decide you need a bigger one, this is the one to get.

My husband had gotten one of these in the green color in late August/early September. It has lots of pockets and came in handy for our trip to Colorado. I wanted one and ordered the black and orange one. My husband and I swapped bags. Now we are both happy!

It's very nice and great for the price, it's durable and looks great.
It's not what I ordered but, I still like it.

Seems to be designed for left handers. Needs double zippers.
Overall, it's a nice backpack.
