Good : Our stores (Midwest) are pretty much out of rice. This was available, its ready in about 20 minutes, and it's pretty forgiving (I almost burned it brown, it wasn't finished so I threw in an unknown amount of water into the pot (still hot), threw on the lid, didn't add heat and 10 minutes later it was ready and quite nice. Price was good too.
Cons: No scent or jasmine flavor, but it's been years since any jasmine rice that had a scent was in our stores.

This stuff could almost be called an instant-cook, for as fast as it cooks up. I'm a rice consumer to be sure, I have 3 or 4 kinds on-hand all the time, and in bulk. This jasmine rice is the most popular with other folks when given the option to choose. One can tell this brand cooking by its aroma alone, it smells as good as it tastes; it is my personal favorite for making sweet rice dishes.
