Works great for shoulder pain.

It really does great for icing the shoulder. It's great since I want to ice my shoulder but actually be able to somewhat move my arm. I feel it could be designed better for more freedom, but it is definitely the best I've used so far. I normally use a towel over it to help keep the cold in the area longer. Overall I think it's a good product and worth the price if you need an icepack for the shoulder.

As an X-L former weight lifter I have worn, used and cuddled with numerous cold packs used for pain and discomfort and rehabilitation over the years. This particular one fits me perfectly, is easy to put on and actually stays on my shoulder during use. 5 stars for that.
Only 4 stars for length of coldness though.. I figure about 20 minutes of meaningful cold is available from this unit as it is a self contained, non-ice container that hits the shoulder as well as any devise could in the price range. I wish it could have been 30 minutes but for the price, it is a great deal and I could always purchase another if I felt the need. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone with frozen shoulder.
