Save filter and get pure taste of coffee with this Turkish coffee pot. Coffee ground will settle to the bottom if you do it right. I like that the pot is made out of heat resistant glass, the metal band is stainless steel. But the handle is plastic and the square piece that join the handle to metal band is not stainless steel. Dont know how durable are those two pieces. Time will tell.

I bought this to boil water for coffee and teas, it works perfect for what I am using it for. It is easy to clean and drys fast. I did notice that the glass cools down rather quickly, that is also a nice thing too. The handle doesn't get hot. I would suggest using the smaller burners and not placing it directly in the center. Great product and surprisingly, holds a lot of water.

I don't know why anyone would use a coffee maker. For years I've been boiling water and pouring it into my coffee grounds and straining it into a cup. Part of satisfying coffee making. I had a beautiful little stainless steel butter warmer that held the perfect amount of water. My son started eating oatmeal and my butter warmer made just the right portion so I was looking for a new pot to boil my water for coffee. I'm so glad my son stole my butter warmer! If he hadn't I wouldn't have found the crystalia glass Turkish coffee maker. What a beautiful gift to me. I love boiling my water in it to make coffee. It's beautiful.
