Installation information is included in the manual. You must program the unit for your specific motor then program your other parameters as desired. This unit has a lot of programming options for any use.

I have a exhaust fan in our manufacturing facility in very warm environment. Operating it with garage doors closed during cold temperature condition it causing a negative pressure resulting hard to open access doors and running it with garage door open creates uneven temperature in different area causing feuds among workers. I have order this inverter thru Amazon, inexpensive, which came in two days and installed in 20 minutes and it worked like champs! Easy to control speed with turning knob that worker adjust themselves with out any difficulty. NO MORE FIGHT! Install and operating instruction were easy to understand but I do not not know the durability yet.

We are using this as a speed control for a 1960 3phase Delta Rockwell industrial drill press that was setup for wood working and even at lowest belt setting was running much to fast. WE now have full control over the speed. Works great.

Worked with out having to change to many setting and does exactly what it should. There are a lot of setting and configurations. More options then one might know what to do with. The only thing that I was not able to figure out by reading the manual was the Single Phase wiring. They say to connect to L & N but those terminals where not there. I connected instead to S & T and it works fine. Also figuring out which of the parameters I needed to change to get more than 50hz took a minute to figure out. After that it works great and the soft start / ramp feature helps with my limited available shop amperage.

I'm only using this as a single to three phase converter, not using any of the speed control features. I originally bought a DPS converter but turns out they don't work for a lot of motors since they don't give full voltage on all three wires. The Mollom does and works great for my application. The downside is it's not plug and play. Tech support is great, I just emailed them my motor specs and they sent me the settings and it works great. The manual is lacking and so you pretty much have to email tech support, but I'm really happy with it.
