I have VERY painful arthritis of my big toe joint and it limited my activity. I play tennis six days a week and walk everyday. The pain became so bad and the swelling in the joint so painful, workout shoes were impossible to wear and I had to stop my activities. I have so many pairs of perfectly good tennis shoes I had to give away because of the pain. Then I saw these and decided to give it a try even through I've tried so many "solutions" for my pain. THEY WORKED! I can't tell you how happy I am. They have given me my life back. I can now play tennis 3 hrs a day with no pain and can now wear shoes I was about to donate.
