Took a while to read manual & look at all the pertinent YouTube videos on how to set up the phone but after a week have finally gotten it to work with ease in my most important functions. There are still little tips I have to see if I can implement, but on the whole, everything is working as expected. Still have to explore the camera settings but will wait until I have more time.
Having trouble getting the fingerprint reader to work but not surprised because a career of sorting mail at the post office has worn off most of my prints. Happy to have the PIN to use when the reader doesn't work.

I absolutely 💯% love this cellphone, it was well worth the money! I am coming from the Samsung S20, so not a huge jump in phones, but the battery life is comparable, the performance is flat-out amazing, this phone is never slow! The speed of this phone is excellent 👌. I have not had any heat ups, so cannot speak to that (the old phone would heat up frequently and then lock the cellphone until it cooled down, quite inconvenient). Sadly I have dropped the phone, twice, hard from 3 feet or more. I got very fortunate, the screen is still PERFECT (I did immediately get a rubber case with bumpers, that I am very happy with. My point, this phone is tough! It takes absolutely beautiful pictures, the best I have ever seen in a cellphone, even the iPhone (which also take amazing pictures). I would purchase thos phone again, without hesitation.

Me fui de viaje por 6 meses de trabajo y mi auricular (parlante de arriba ) no me suena bien me puse en contacto con la garantÃa de Amazon y me dijeron que me comunicara con Samsung y Samsung me dice que me avoque con Samsung del paÃs que estoy y la tienda me dicen que no me pueden ayudar " no tenemos cobertura de garantÃa de ese modelo en este paÃs Honduras " tengo que esperar hasta que viaje en navidad a usa para ver si pueden repararlo .
Por lo demás está súper bien .
