I just so happened to need a new air fryer and a new instant pot at the same time, my old instant pot (Mueller brand) quit working after just a few years of use and my airfryer became so food incrusted and so un user friendly to clean that i wanted a new one. I was a little nervous to spend the extra money on a two in one, i was afraid that one or the other would not be as great a quality as having the individual appliance. I have to say, this has been the most efficient and versatile and easy appliance i think i have ever owned. just by changing the lid i have two great high quality appliances, less room is taken up in my kitchen and i cannot begin to say enough about the clean up after airfrying, its so EASY!!! its easier to clean after air frying then clean up after using the instant pot. Ive used the airfryer about twenty times and its still as pristine and clean as when i first used it with minimal cleaning effort!! that is everything!!

I'm partial to Instant pot, I already have a 6qt and an 8 qt. The 6qt will now retire, lol. Got this one yesterday, primarily for the sous vide function, which what it is doing now: a 5 pound pork loin roast is in it as I type. We'll see if it comes out as expected. I like that the steam release valve is far enough away from the release button. Less chance of getting burned. Easy enough to use with the presets and I had no problem customizing the settings I needed for my roast.... All I need now is more countertop space, or a bigger kitchen!

I love the pot, I have been cooking in it since I got it, works very well and dinners get done quickly, my only issue is that the air fryer lid and the base don't match up to well very hard to lock on, would be better if they put latchs or arrows like the pot and pressure lid have
