I'm a 55 yr old male who has been thinking/somewhat trying to lose weight for almost 10 years now but could never stick to the plan. Partly (I now believe) because I really didn't know what I was doing. Sure "eat less, exercise more" sounds easy but for some reason I just couldn't get it right. I think sometimes I ate too little so my metabolism slowed to a crawl while other times I was probably just eating the wrong things. (Trying to do all non-fat, for example.) I'm now on my 3rd order of these weekly packs and I am amazed how fast the fat is coming off. Mind you I'm not really doing anything different. I still plan on going to the gym but haven't, I still plan on getting a good nights rest but I don't,I always think about drinking more water but never do, AND I haven't given up the occasional glass of wine yet. Having said that, somehow I am dropping almost a pound/day just eating this food! AND, I'm not hungry! It really is mindless, just eat the foods in the box and don't eat anything else. For those who complain about the small portion sizes, that's the point! Buy it, stick to what's delivered, and it'll work. I still plan on losing another 10 pounds so hoping to get back to beach form (or at least as close as I can) before July 4th! Wish me luck!

The tuna is horrible, but the rest is palatable if you add veggie mix-ins & spices. You will lose weight & not get hungry in between meals.

I was at a plateau with my dieting and wanted to see if this might get me restarted. It did, with a loss of 4.8lbs.. Some items were absolutely delicious. Some smelled so good it was hard to wait for the reconstitution process. Some needed some seasoning. Some did not look great but were just fine.

I would offer two serving suggestions: Since you are only allowed non- starchy vegetables on this plan, I put the Meatballs in Marinara sauce over zoodles and it was my favorite meal. With the BBQ Chicken I knew it had to be bulked up. I added onion, mushrooms and bell pepper steamed and served it over cauliflower rice but also thought of stuffing it in a bell pepper and baking until pepper was soft. Just ideas.

They are small servings but you need at least 4 servings of non-starchy vegetables a day and I never really was hungry.

I did buy the favorites box, and will write about that later. I would buy this one again.

Good weight loss product. It works.

Most of the products are tasty and easy to make.
