My teens love it and so do I! I'm pleasantly surprised. It's full of flavor but not overpowering. It has just enough sweetness to make it really good unlike the typical packets that are so sweet and tart they make your stomach muscles tighten and your lips pucker after a few sips. You can literally gulp this down without hesitation. I'd hate to say it's like watered down Hawaiian Punch because I hate doing that because it makes it gross. But it does have a Hawaiian Punch feel to it but without all the sugar and tartness. Without a doubt I just found something I will be buying from now on! Knowing it's free of preservatives, artificial flavors etc makes it even better in a world full of fake food and chemical ridden foods. This is a healthy and very good choice if you're looking something to add to your water that actually taste good. (And it's gmo free!!!)

Someone on here said to mix a pack of the fruit punch with a pack of the unsweetened true lemon and it tastes exactly like Hawaiian punch without the overly sweet sugar. I tried it out in a regular sized water bottle and they were totally right! Absolutely delicious combo!

I bought these to mix into my water because they were not loaded with a bunch of artificial junk like so many of the ones on the store shelves are. They taste is good and I definitely recommend putting it in cold water than in room temperature water. I will definitely use these in the future. I also brought the groovy grape and the watermelon and have not tried those yet. Hopefully there is good as the fruit punch.
