I was a little frustrated when I couldn't set up the fax because all I have are cell phones in the house. You'd think they would be able to make it work with your cell by now. But I really like this printer. It is fabulous on ink use! I had my doubts about the ink quotes. But I have printer at least 50 pictures and not even seen the liquid move in the tanks. The tanks! Awesome! Thank you for making it with tanks instead of cartridges! So easy to fill and with no mess and no guessing as you can't overfill the them! The picture quality is decent. I have seen better but on equipment much more expensive than this. I am happy over all with the product, the claims and the price.

This is a nice compact size printer. HUGE disappointment that it will not print double sided for any Mac/Apple device. DO BETTER ESPON! How hard can it be to add this option for anything Apple?! Printing is a little on the lighter side but not a big deal for what I'm using it for. I'm looking forward to saving on ink cost....but obviously not on paper cost...because there's no 2-sided printing. Pffft

This is my 2nd ET printer. The first one died after 5-1/2 years. Price was good, the print quality is good and it is quiet. However, a couple issues not caught when shopping:
1. It does not print on 2 sides. You print one side, then flip the stack and print the 2nd side
2. Paper is loaded on the back of the unit (as opposed to a tray/drawer) so it takes up more space on the desk.
