These are super easy to take, have no foul smell, and are a convenient capsule. I felt more energetic when using these the last 15 days of my cycle. They definitely helped balance my progesterone level, and extended by LP by 2 days (not entirely necessary for me as my LP is already a healthy length). I would recommend this product if you have low progesterone and you would like to support it naturally. They definitely made me a little more moody than normal my last cycle days, but I am very sensitive to chasteberry, so that was to be expected. Proov products are superb, and I will always recommend them.
