I loved the warmth until it got hot off and on. The other brands I have tried do the same thing. One of these companies needs to make a glove with an outer pocket to ease the heat. Yes I put them in my gloves because I have Raynaurds and my fingers get sooooo cold. Now that I have used them several days, I have found that sometimes they retain their heat for only 3-4 hours. That becomes pretty expensive to me because I do use them 24/7. But I love the warmth when it's there.
