I needed a lot of flexibility with the door bell. These being completely battery driven were perfect. They paired to the buttons easily, they sound good, and they installed with ease (a couple of screws for the wall). I would like to have liked a bit more control over the sound level, but in the end it did not make much difference. I stuck the button on the outside of the door in the 103 degree texas day. it has been steady with no indication it would come off. I am overall very happy with this unit
