Being the primary caregiver I used with the Hoyer patient lift without help. The sling doesn't attach as expected, but works just fine. The material is superior in some respects. It doesn't rip as easy as our previous 6-Pt sling, but requires a differerent set-up that is unlike the original. It is worth the value that it provides in stability. Definitely worth it!
