La única falla que tuve fue que en la boquita la tinta de los ojitos al parecer no estaba completamente seca al empacar y están manchados y mancharon parte del estetoscopio en la manguerita. Lo de la manguerita lo puedo solucionar pero los ojitos deformes no. El resto es excelente vale la pena.
