I use this device first which definitely loosens up debris and protein build up before I do the rub and rinse method in my palm and then store them overnight in solution. Came our crystal clear the next morning which isn't always the case for me doing just the traditional rub and rinse. Awesome little device. It is kind of loud but it didn't bother me.
