The media could not be loaded. It's an excellent product. What I like about it is that it's quiet, easy to assemble (there are only 3 pieces I think), easy to maintain and with it's simple lines, aesthetically pleasing.
I have tried other table top fountains and after a while, the engine starts breaking down. The rocks and other decorations also get in the way of the water flow.
This model had one other decoration, a plastic tree which I ended up removing. I like that the water flow is unobstructed.
Note that it's best to use distilled water and I add vinegar (about 1 cup to a gallon of water). The water condenses so it's best to add water daily. When you forgot to add water, the product gives a strange noise.

Flow is very slow, doesn't make the water falling noise I wanted and bought them for. No missing parts and the quality is ok. Had put a return request that couldn't be met due to health issues. I ordered two and both boxes are in the trunk of my car.

This item is very plain. It has no lighting. I added 4 different color translucent rocks in white, pearl, and 2 different types of turquoise. I added waterproof fairy lights. I added fake gems and pearls and I added seashells. I added a decorative sandal for the front of the fountain and now the fountain is absolutely breathtaking. The photos are how my fountain looks with embellishments. It is absolutely stunning. The fairy lights, translucent rocks and gems reflect the water. It looks very spa-like, beachy and Zen. My embellishments turn a boring fountain into a reflective, meditative space. It's gorgeous now with my embellishments on it. I never tire of seeing it and I cannot take my eyes off it. You need to add embellishments to this fountain. This fountain has the potential to be a real stunner like my design is.
