Very happy with this hair coloring and it does come out the color on the box! Kind of stinky though, but most hair dyes are...I paid a little more for it, but well worth it. I am happy with the results which is a plus. My hair was a dyed medium ash blonde , which I didn't like. (I am 100% salt and pepper, naturally) and this dye picked up the various shades of blonde and white in my hair...looks highlighted.
