What a fun toy with so many options! It's also great that it is solar powered, savings me money On batteries. The toy is not only fun but educational, with the STEM aspect. My son is 4, he likes the toy, but he is a little young for it. I am the one doing all the building for him. Our 7 year old neighbor was better able to play with it.

While it's hard to assemble (too many pieces for the lower end of the recommended age range) it's well organized and a great gift for my grandson. There's no charge in the solar cell when you open it. But my son had a great time helping to assemble it.
