Helps after rotator cuff surgery

I had rotator cuff surgery, and developed a complication, frozen shoulder. It's painful, my rotator cuff is tight with Inflammation, and I can not raise it up much higher than a handshake, so I needed a shoulder ice pack. I have regular square, flat ice packs that are hard to wrap on my shoulder, so I needed this. It helps being able to walk around with an ice pack and not worry about it sliding off. I have not put it on alone though, so I'm not sure if I can get it on alone, and it stays cold on my arm with the velvet side down for almost an hour. I could turn it over onto the frosty side with a towel on my arm, but it lasts long enough on the one side. I do put it back in the bag when I put it back into the fridge, and I recommend it.
