This has been a great solution for traveling with a little one and always wrestling with bad cell service and disrupted videos on our phones and iPad. We used to have to pull the car over to quiet a crying little one and often frustrated with trying to get videos to play through spotty cell coverage. The DVD player was an easy solution to install and has worked perfectly. Paired with headphones, the long rides are now peaceful and easier.

Update: contacted CS and they sent me a new portable dvd player to replace the other unit that stopped working. I am giving it 4 stars because of how well CS was at taking care of the issue!
Purchased in April of 2023 and today August 4th, the sound stopped. Nothing changed from the normal everyday use and the picture is still fine. It is not on mute and we have checked settings. This is really disappointing for it to stop after 4 months of use!

This is by far the best dvd player we have purchased for our car for our toddler!!.
The mount doesn't move, stays in place even going over rail road tracks. I love that the dvd player is a top dvd insert and the buttons are on front of the screen. Very user friendly for my 3 year old. I highly recommend if you love in the country (back road lol) and have children. Make this purchase.
