Have only used my pan(s) A few times but so far I'm happy with the quality. I have used a clay pizza stone for years and although I like the pizza stone, it doesn't work well reheating pizza as the bottom gets soggy. This pizza pan has ventilating holes so the pizza stays crispy on the bottom. Also heats much quicker than a pizza stone. Works well with other foods such as rolls too!
