There's a lot of food here! I bought 2 buckets for all my kids and my husband and I.
I haven't tasted it, but my daughter tried the fettuccini Alfredo and she said it was actually really tasty!
Only down side is you still need water and a microwave to prepare so maybe not the best for outdoor survival or if your electric is off! I didn't think of that!

My family in September was stuck in that hurricane I was able to order these and they got there just a few days later they were very grateful. Their refrigerator had all spoiled food because the electric went out.

The product is surprisingly heavy for a container of freeze dried food but not a negative for me. A negative is as others have stated: the sealed lid was open upon unboxing. Not sure if this has to do with Amazon shipping the product as I do not see what I ordered on their site.
