We used this ladder to trim some tall trees and bushes. It is very easy to use and to adjust to desired height. It collapses down to 3ft making it super easy to store. Great ladder I highly recommend!
Takes getting used to

The ladder was ordered for the slide out on the camper when we are camping. There is an adjustment period and to be honest if not for the mod that I did I am not sure if I would feel comfortable climbing on it. Our camper has a metal ridge running the length and back of the camper. If you are trying to climb onto the roof it can be scary because the metal ladder wants to slide on the metal ridge of the camper. Twice I almost fell off the ladder. I used some foam pads that I had and made a strap out of them to slide over the top of the ladder when I need it. Now when I use the ladder and it is extended to the position I want I slide on the foam strap to where I think the ladder will lay against the metal ridge. A huge difference, the ladder no longer slides along the ledge like it used to and I can easily get up and down off the roof of the camper with no issues. When I need the ladder to be a smaller length I already put on foam protectors so the ladder would not scratch the fiberglass on the camper when I am leaning it against the camper for like cleaning windows, etc. Collapsing the ladder takes getting used to. Trying to hold in the A buttons on the lower rung when the ladder is extended out to 12 feet is a challenge. Slowly getting used to it. For the price I have no problems with the ladder. The weight is no big deal as I just put the ladder in the vehicle when we take out to go camping and it is there if I need it. The two biggest issues for me was the ladder sliding around when going up on the camper roof and trying to hold it steady when collapsing the ladder.
Perfect for those tight spaces and for portability

I bought this to have a ladder to carry in my RV. I ended up also using it to paint the 16 foot high walls and ceiling over the stairway to my second floor. Previously I had to muscle a 12 foot ladder into my house continually re-adjust it to paint the area. This ladder allowed me to easily move the ladder and to use it at different heights. It was fantastic not to waste so much energy having to re-adjust and re-adjust, and in the meantime damaging the walls I had just painted. (I taped some old socks on the ends to help prevent the damage.) On the RV, I am able to easily carry this around, set it up, and climb onto the roof. I will note that there is some slight wiggle at full extension. (I am 235 pounds.) Also, it is VERY important how you recollapse the ladder so you do NOT PINCH OR DAMAGE your hands or fingers. I collapsed it from the top rungs, one at a time, with my hands and fingers clear of the rungs. The weight of the ladder helps collapse it. I was glad I spent the money for this ladder.
Update: without any known damage to the ladder, one of the closing "buttons" has broken off. I am able to stick a three inch prod of some kind into the hole to push the mechanism and close the ladder, But the fact is that these buttons must be delicate.

Easy and stable

Opens and closes with ease. Using to get to a loft that I previously could not access.
At 210 (been eating too much 🤦"â'‚ï¸) it doesn't flex at all and feels secure going up and down to the loft. The loft is about 11' up, so I don't have to extend it all the way.
I plan to find a hook that I can bolt to the floor in the loft to keep the ladder secure when ascending or descending. Love it!

A very heavy and solid ladder. Great that it folds up. The ladder is strong and well built. Just be careful to not pinch your fingers when collapsing, i've had a couple "ouch" moments. once you get the hang of it, you'll have zero problems.
