I'm returning mine for a different size. Product is great. Comfy. Shorts just too big in the waist for me: I'm a 30/32, these were a 36!!

Great padding very light and comfortable, I use them for bmx, I suffered a big crash while riding and I hit so hard that the pads left a honey comb pattern on my skin. I suffered 2 fractured ribs and a collapsed lung. I have no doubt that my injuries would have been greater had I not had these under pads on. I also had hard exterior pads on my head elbow and knees but my hips and thighs are just soar. If you are into extrem stuff like skiing,MTB,snow boarding, skating you should get these.
You can't even tell you have on the shorts, and the shoulder pads give away the padded shirt but who cares what people think or say when it's your body and organs on the line.
My only complaint is that I ordered them as a combo set and the shorts are a little big and would slide down and the shirt was a little snug.
I would order them again.
